Casa Miejasta is a luxuries holiday home for max 6 persons. It is positioned close to the Algarve coast near a small village called Boliqueime in the middle of the Algarve. Boliqueime is located in between Albufeira and Faro on a 20 minutes drive from the airport. A big swimming pool ( 5 x 11 m) which is heated between April 1 and November 1 up to 27ËšC, surrounded by a nice terrace, a roof-terrace and various corners and nice BBQ in the garden.

Inside, the villa is fully equipped: a spacious living room and complete kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, TV and internet by Wifi. The use of towels and bedding is included. The pool in the period from April 1 through November 1 at no extra cost heated to about 27 ° C. For the colder periods there is also a central heating system.

From Faro airport about 20 minutes by car. And from Lisbon airport about 4 hours by car.

All rates are in Euros.Costs for end cleaning 95.00, Costs for additional heating pool in November, December to March 120.00 per week.Payment is by bank transfer to bank account. 30% of the total rent upon reservation. Remainder not later than six weeks before the rental period.

A damage deposit of 200.00 Euro will be returned within 10 business days of departure if there are no damages. We inventory and inspect the unit before and after your stay. You will be charged for missing or broken items including linens, keys, gate openers,etc. or for damage done to the unit beyond normal wear and tear.When the booking form is completed, signed and returned and the pre payment paid your booking is final. Then we will send you instructions and an information guide of the villa.

If canceled by you, the following cancellation fees are due: For cancellation up to 6 weeks before date of arrival, 30% of the rent. From 6 to 4 weeks prior to arrival, 60% of the rent. From the fourth week preceding the date of arrival, the entire rent. We recommend a cancellation insurance.

Rates are subjected to change without prior notice.The villa can be used on the day of arrival from 13.00 pm and on the day of departure provides the villa no later than 10.00 hours to our hostess.
