Luxuriously decorated, Villa Sesimbra is an excellent base for a holiday within the beautiful golf resort of Quinta do Peru. The spacious villa is on two floors. View of the beautiful green surroundings can be enjoyed from most rooms and the whole villa affords and wonderful open-space indoors-outdoors feeling, so conducive to relaxation. On the ground floor, accessed by a spacious hall, we find the spacious living room which has french windows opening on to the garden and pool.

There is an elegant modern fireplace and entertainment equipment. The elegant dining room seats 8 confortably and also opens to the outside. The spacious kitchen is equipped with Miele appliances and there is also a separate laundry room. A guest WC is also found on this floor, as well as a study room. On the first floor, accessed via an open-plan staircase, the 3 spacious bedrooms are located. The main double bedroom is immense: 35m2. It has its own bathroom and walk-in closet.

The other double bedroom and the twin bedroom also have plenty of storage. There is another bathroom on this floor. The large garden surrounds the villa on all sides. The inviting swimming pool will provide hours of relaxation and fun. The house is luxuriously decorated, yet blending in perfectly with the relaxed atmosphere of the countryside which surrounds it. Satellite TV with international channels, internet access, and stereo system enhance your enjoyment.

Two hours flight from most European cities and seven from New York, the villa is reached by car from Lisbon Airport in 45 minutes. Faro airport is 2 hours away. The motorway junction is 6km away.

Prices quoted are for up to 6 people Baby cot on request. During peak season: normal turnover day is Saturday and surcharge may apply for rentals of less than 2 weeks. Booking conditions: 20% minimum paid at time of booking, 40% two months before arrival and balance at arrival. Security Deposit: €500, refundable at end of stay. Prices include maid service twice a week, bedding, towels and utilities.
