This one-level 3-bedroom villa is beautifully located on a hillside and offers fabulous views of the countryside to the east and ocean to the west. Full southern exposure allows for plenty of sunshine to enjoy the private pool all day long. Inside the villa you will find all the comforts of home.

It is a short walk to the local children’s playground, grocery store, cafe, and pub. Five minutes walk further and there is a second grocery store, and more restaurants.

The two closest beaches are each a five-minute drive away. Arrifana beach is a surfer’s paradise. The surf can be enjoyed by experts, or beginners can take lessons given by the local surf schools.

Monte Clerigo beach is great for families and has a nice selection of restaurants. You can surf here too.

The area is also well suited for walking. A fifteen-minute walk can take you to rustic ruins in the protected lands of the Costa Vicentina National Park.

The historic hillside town of Aljezur is a quick 8 km drive away. You can easily spend the day exploring the castle, museums, fresh vegetable and fish market, shops, cafes, and restaurants. Available services include a bus and taxi service, banks, pharmacy, and post office.
