A short drive from the beautiful beaches of Viana do Castelo,this lovely house hás a private poll and garden is set in a rural location ,close to the historical town of Ponte do Lima,with magnificent views over the vineyards and hills. confortable in any time of the year.
In the very heart of the Costa Verde,this property is an ideal base for exploring this area and in particular,the richely historic cities of Minho,such as Ponte do Lima with its roman bridge,Viana do Castelo,with its monuments,Braga with its opulentas churches and Guimaraes with its castle etc etc…
30 minutes drive will bring you to some excellent beaches of Viana do castelo,although there is a river side beach only a a few km away ,golfing enthusiasts need only drive 7km to the nearest course.
The interior is elegantly furnished and spacious. Doors lead to the inviting pool and garden area with table and chair for dinning alfresco.
There are 3 bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms, a living room with open fireplace and sitting room with game table and TV; a dining room and a well equipped kitchen.
