Beautiful three bedroom townhouse with private pool in the outskirts of Ferragudo.The accommodation comprises of a large, bright living room comfortably furnished and with a woodburning fire. There are patio doors leading to the pool, terrace and BBQ area. Satellite TV, DVD and Video players. Bright dining room with patio doors giving access to the front patio. Downstairs shower room with wc. Three good sized bedrooms upstairs. Master with en-suite and small balcony at the front with open views. Two further twin bedrooms with good storage and double balcony at the rear overlooking the pool. Good sized house bathroom with over bath shower. Fully equipped kitchen with open serving to the dining room includes washing machine, dishwasher, oven and hob, fridge freezer etc. The town of Ferragudo is an easy walk away with plenty of good restaurants and beautiful views over the estuary to Praia da Rocha. The nearby beaches are also easily accessed. There are two golf courses nearby and many more in the area with scuba diving, sailing and watersports available locally.

Directions
Directions to Ferragudo
From Faro airport follow the blue signs to join the motorway heading towards Portimão.
Stay on the motorway until Junction 6 - Lagoa/Silves exit (approx. 25 minutes from the airport)
DO NOT STAY ON TO PORTIMAO.
At the end of the slip-road turn left at roundabout towards Lagoa
Follow signs for Lagoa West
Then join the EN125 going towards Portimão and Estombar
Stay on the EN125 for about 3-4 minutes after Lagoa.
Take the first exit signed Estombar/Parchal and Ferragudo. The slip road circles round over
the EN125. At the first set of the traffic lights go straight on.
Go through Parchal then turn left at the traffic lights (signed to Ferragudo).
Follow the road into Ferragudo village, take the 2nd bridge on the right (towards the main
square), then turn immediately to the left.
Follow the road straight up to the end of the water course. Turn left into the Urbanisation. Follow the road up the hill to the T junction, turn right and Helena is the 5th House on the left in the Pink Trimmed Block.
