Villa in Alvor Description
Lovely villa with garden and private pool just 12kms of beautiful beach of Alvor and a short divre from Alcalar village.
The interior is very spacious and very well furnished . All the accommodation is on a ground floor level, electronic gate with remote control. Alarm system ,grounds of 400m2, house with 200m2
Lovely living dining area with wood burner stove and french windows to open terrace and swimming pool area with garden. There is a modern spacious kitchen/breakfast vey well equpiped with door to side garden. Intimate part of the house has 4 bedroom: 2 twin and 2 double ( the master with en suite bath room ), a shower room and a separate full bathroom with hidromage tub. Two of the bedrooms has french windows to side garden. Alcalar a few mints away , is small village offering simple shopping, facilities and restaurants. It is well known historicaly for its important Neolithic burial site dating back to 2000BC. It is a comfortable propery for a relaxing holiday and is well placed for enjoying the many attraction along the coast including water sports, crafts ( wickerwork and pettery) and even bird watching at the Ria do Alvor- home to many species of migratory birds
