Villa in Albufeira Description
This comfortable, 3 bedroom villa has a central location between
Praia da Oura and St. Eulalia. It is within walking distance to a
wide choice of restaurants, shops, cafes, bars and also to the
golden sandy beach. The spacious Algarve holiday villa is close to
the many facilities that these resorts offer.
The villa is well furnished and spacious. The open plan
lounge/dining area has patio doors to a covered terrace leading to
the private pool and gardens. The large pool (approx 8m x 5m) is
surrounded by terraces and a spacious lawn area. The garden is
fully enclosed which is ideal for families with children. The
kitchen is fully fitted and is well equipped with a dishwasher,
washing machine, microwave, oven, hob, fridge freezer, toaster,
coffee percolator and plenty of crockery and cutlery. On the ground
floor is a twin bedroom and a bathroom. There are two double
bedrooms and a second bathroom on the first floor.
The roof terrace overlooks the swimming pool and gardens which are
surrounded by walls and hedges.
There are spacious lawns and a covered BBQ terrace that is equipped
with quality garden furniture and an overhead outdoor ceiling fan.
There is a mid week maid service.
Towels are changed twice per week and linen once per week.
