This lovely villa is set in its own grounds of 3 acres with landscaped garden, lawn and car port. The house offers complete privacy, with views of the sea and around to the mountains. The heated swimming pool is surrounded by large terraces and includes a bbq, exterior shower and pergola. This villa provides a wonderful setting for a peaceful holiday in idyllic surroundings with the town of Armacao de Pera, with its long sandy beach, only 2km away.
Large lounge/dining room with wood burning stove for winter use, well equipped kitchen, 2 twin bedded rooms with en suite bath/shower rooms. Marble staircase to Master bedroom, with en suite bathroom and seperate lounge area leading to large exterior balcony.
Villa Détails de la location
The nearest town to this villa is Armacao de Pera which was once a fishing village but now a thriving holiday resort. Fishing is still commercially very important to the resident community as can be seen by the number of boats and net-mending activity on the eastern side of the beach. The fish and vegetable market located in the centre of the town is a 'must' to visit. The town is famous for its 2 mile long sandy beach, offering a host of water sports, beach bars, restaurants and shops.

From Faro Airport it is a 35/40 minute drive on the IP1 motorway exiting at junction 7 and thereafter only minutes to the villa.
