This popular, south facing link detached villa stands in a large private garden on the well-known Dunas Douradas resort, set amongst pinewoods and within easy reach of the shops and restaurants at 'Bougainvillea Plaza' and 'Quinta Shopping'. The villa is near to the famous golf courses of Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo. The beach and a choice of excellent beach restaurants are approximately 1.2km away. In addition to your own private pool, guests have the use of the Dunas Douradas facilities just 150m away, including, a 24 hour reception, large Roman style pool (communal), children's pool, bar/caf�, tennis, and excellent restaurants both at Dunas Douradas and also at the Beach Club which is a five minute walk away. You will also find a gym, fitness classes and children club at the Beach Club (supplement charges apply) The villa is alarmed and enjoys the benefits of air conditioning throughout and has a safe. The ground floor accommodation comprises of a comfortable lounge/dining room with a modern fireplace and patio doors leading out to the garden and pool area. The lounge has a large Flat screen TV with cable TV channels, including sky sports. There is a DVD player and MP3 player along with wireless broadband which is included. Leading off from the lounge area through an archway is the kitchen which is modern and well equipped with an Electric oven, gas hob, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and coffee machine. Two of the three bedrooms are located on the ground floor. One is a double room with two windows offering views out to the garden and pool. There is a flat screen TV with cable channels. A shower room is located across the hall from this room. The first floor accommodation houses the Master bedroom, which has recently been refitted. It has a Queen-size bed, Flat screen TV with cable channels and an en suite bathroom with overhead shower. Patio doors lead out onto a large private terrace with access down to the garden and pool area. Outside, there is a good size garden, with plenty of garden furniture. A lawned area wraps around the side of the villa. The pool measuring 8m x5m can be heated on request at a supplement. A brick built barbeque and large table and chairs provides an area for al fresco dining.
