Casa Jordie is a luxury 5 bedroom, tastefully furnished property. It is situated in the sought after resort of Vale do Lobo, said by many to be one of the premier holiday destinations in Europe with its own 2 Kilometre stretch of beach flanked by yellow and red sandstone cliffs. The beach is accessed from the Vale do Lobo "Praca" or square, with its excellent choice of restaurants and bars. Villa Jordie is just a few minutes walk from Barringtons Health club of which the villa has membership. The villa is alarmed and enjoys the benefits of air conditioning throughout. The villa is approached via a cobbled driveway and steps up to the entrance which lead you into the ground floor comprising of: A large modern kitchen fitted with an oven, hob, fridge freezer (plus 2 additional fridges) and microwave. There is a separate utility area with a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The adjoining dining area has seating for 10. The spacious lounge has patio doors leading out to a large terrace with access to the garden and pool. There is a separate TV room with a plasma TV offering a full sky TV package and a DVD player. The master bedroom is located on this floor. There is a king size bed, en-suite with Jacuzzi bath and a separate walk in shower. The master bedroom has patio doors leading onto a private terrace with a lovely view of the garden. Stairs lead down to the lower ground floor where you find the remaining 4 bedrooms: Two twin bedrooms each with patio doors that lead to the garden area. These twin bedrooms share a bathroom with a bath and overhead shower. There are two more twin bedrooms, also with patio doors leading out to the garden, these too share a shower room. Outside this well appointed property are pleasant gardens with both sun and shaded terraces with plenty of furniture and a Gas barbeque. The large pool measuring 12m x 6m can be heated if requested at an additional charge. Barrington's offers gym facilities and classes, indoor and outdoor pools, and a range of top European physiotherapists and treatment specialists. Barrington's also has a driving range, and by prior arrangement the club will book golf at a variety of courses on your behalf at significantly reduced prices. The "Jordi" luxury 54ft yacht berthed at Villamoura Marina, is also available for daily hire, 350 euros per day, inclusive of crew. A six hour sail with a 2 hour break on Faro Island, where you can enjoy a swim, and there are restaurants where you can have a very enjoyable lunch.
