Villa in Gale Description
This self catering holiday villa is a 20 minute walk (3 minutes by
car) from the centre of Praia da Luz, a popular family beach resort
in Portugal's Western Algarve.
The villa is located in a very large plot, hedged all round for
privacy with well tended, mature gardens.
The pool is a good size - 9 x 4 metres and can be heated, if
required (supplement applies). The villa is comfortable and air
conditioned with central heating available for winter rentals,
making this great all-year round self catering accommodation.
A fourth bedroom can also be made available for a supplementary
charge - see letting notes.
The accommodation in this Algarve holiday villa is spacious and
luxuriously furnished throughout.
Lounge/dining room with log burning stove and patio doors leading
to the pool terrace. Digital satellite TV, DVD & CD players.
Newly fitted modern kitchen with electric hob & oven, American-
style fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Adjoining utility
room with washing machine and drier. Guest WC.
The villa stands on a 2000 m˛ plot and is hedged to provide
privacy. The garden has sweeping lawns with many flowering shrubs,
fig and almond trees.
Good size swimming pool (approximately 9 x 4 metres), which can be
heated at a supplementary charge. Surrounded by terraces with
built-in barbecue. Sun beds, modern shades and garden furniture.
There is also an external staircase leading to a large outside
terrace with fantastic sea views.
All in all a great, relaxing location for your Algarve holiday.

Central heating is 100 euros
extra per week if required.
The extra bedroom is available
for a suplement of 500 euros
per week in July/Aug and 350
euros per week at all other
times.
The property is fully valeted at
the end of each occupancy.
