Villa in Guia Description
Beautiful newly built country villa, tastefully furnished and decorated, with marvellous views over vast fields with typical Portuguese trees and vineyards, just 1,5 km from the charming village of Guia with several restaurants, supermarkets, banks, pharmacy and pastry. From the large gated entrance, a cobbled driveway leads to the front of the villa with parking space for several cars. The large swimming pool is surrounded by lawn, spacious terraces (partly covered) with brick built barbecue and shower. This villa is ideal for people who want to enjoy the Algarve country side, away from the crowded tourist centres, but within a few minutes drive to all facilities. All bedrooms, lounge/dining area have air conditioning (heating and cooling). Albufeira town is located within 10 min. drive (7 km). This villa has a safe for personal objects.
