400 m from the beach, in residential area, beautiful villa with

swimming pool, garden, barbecue, pergola. Living room, dining room,
kitchen, a suite with balcony, 2 bedrooms with terrace. Two Golfs
nearby
racetrack less than 2 km. One hour from Faro Airport. Animations,
close
to all amenities. From 690 € to 1490 € / week depending on season.

Portimao is the second biggest city in the Algarve and has a variety of
cultural events the whole year through.
The villa is located near the beach praia da Rocha with the marina, many
shops, restaurants,and entertainment. Also nearby Pestana Golf,and port
in the city center

Directions
When you are driving by car, follow the E22 to Portimao and leave the
highway at the exit Portimao. You will then automaticly be directed on
to the V6 all the way. At the roundabout with water jets,turn right, and
take the first exit (between palm tree). You are in the Juan Paulo II
street.
Procedimentos de Partida/Chegada
You can come on the saturday at 16H am, because I must clean after the
previous guests.
You must start before 10H pm for the same reason.
If you fly, tell me, and I can arrange your arrival and departure.
