Luxury penthouse apartment with sea views and boasts a modern and contemporary feel. It has been thoughtfully furnished with high quality furnishings and mod cons provided for your stay. The living/ dining area is spacious and leads directly onto a large balcony/terrace complete with table and chairs. The separate kitchen is very well equipped with quality built in appliances. This also leads directly onto the rear balcony. There is one spacious double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, two twin bedrooms, separate bathroom and a separate toilet room. The property has air-conditioning throughout.

There are large balconies at both front and rear of this property. The balcony at the rear - off living area and kitchen - overlooks the wonderful pool and gardens. There are 7 communal pools situated within beautiful landscaped gardens full of olive trees.
