This Townhouse is located in the brand new development of O Pamar, within walking distance of local bars, restaurants and beach in the beautiful village of Cabanas. The townhouse with beautifully tiled floors in the living area and kitchen covers an area of 175 sq..metres and is furnished to a very high standard. The bedrooms all have wooden floors and are en-suit. The bathrooms are finished to a very high standard. The master bedroom is furnished with a large size bed and a private relaxing/reading area. It also boasts a balcony with table/chairs and two additional rocking chairs, just the place to relax with a nice glass of wine.

The unspoilt island beach in Cabanas, Praia de Cabanas is 7 kilometres long boasting beautiful white sand and perfect tranquillity for sunbathers. Boats to the island run from throughout the day from April to October, tickets costing as little as €1 Euro return per person. Visit the Fortaleza de Cacela Velha - a little further to the east of Cabanas Torre de Aires (or Ares) in Luz - of medieval or Arab origins, formed part of the defences of this stretch of coast. Praia de Cabanas has its own café-bar, showers and toilet facilities, sunshades to rent and water sports such as windsurfing, sailing and jet-skiing and is supervised during the 'beach season'.

Booking Deposit: 25% of rental fee due eight weeks before your stay to secure booking.

Refundable breakages deposit of €150 required on arrival, to be refunded on the day of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival will be charged @ €50. Cancellations less than 90 days prior to arrival but greater than 30 days prior to arrival will be charged @ €100. Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival, the payment is non-refundable.
