The Villa is located in Dunas Douradas, a luxury residential resort set in 31 hectares of pine forest adjoining one of the Algarve’s finest stretches of golden beaches. Excellently situated between Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago, only 20 minutes from the airport.

Facilities in the resort include a large Roman style swimming pool, with separate pool for children, two tennis courts, the 5-star restaurant Xenia and a mini-market for purchases of food, fine wines and soft drinks, newspapers, household products and gifts. A 24-hour reception is available to facilitate the check-in for owners and holiday makers and to arrange discounted golf, excursions and cater for your every need to make your stay enjoyable.

There is a mini market in the complex for all groceries and the 5-star restaurant Xenia and the beach 0.5km.

The Villa is equipped to a high standard and consists of a spacious lounge/dining room, three bedrooms, three bathrooms and large kitchen, roof terrace and private pool. All windows and patio doors have fly screens fitted.

The lounge doors open onto a patio and the 9 x 5 meter oval swimming pool (min depth 1.2m, max depth 2.0m) which can be lit at night. For sunbathers wanting a little extra privacy, there is a large roof terrace! There's plenty of outdoor furniture - sun-beds , numerous outside tables, chairs and sun umbrellas.
