Built just a few years ago with 1.000 m2 of lawned garden which faces the romantic Minho River and Galiza (Spain) and surrounded by a forest of pines, oaks and chestnut trees, invites you to a wonderful leisure, time in contact with nature and exceptional quietness. With delightful private swimming pool (10 x 2,70m; 0,70 – 1,50m deep)creates a most peaceful and tranquil setting for a holiday. There are several beach ( Moledo, Afife with many water sport facilities available) a short drive away or explore the historical towns of Valença;Caminha;Viana do Castelo or the pretty Ponte de Lima with its golf course.

ALL ON GROUND FLOOR:Two steps divide the dinning to the living room with fire place and window doors to the garden. Well equipped kitchen with door to the garden. 3 bedrooms: 2 double 1 with double bed with ensuite bathroom (bath, basin, bidet, wc) and other with 2 twin beds, and 1 with 3 twin beds (appropriate room for children) and 1 bathroom (bath, basin, bidet, wc)
