Payment Policy

bis 14 Tage vor Mietbeginn: 90 % des Mietpreises
ansonsten (später als 14 Tage vor Mietbeginn) 100 % des Mietpreies

Nach Ende der Mietzeit hat der Mieter das Objekt geräumt und besenrein in einem ordnungsgemäßen Zustand an den Vermieter zu übergeben und den/die Schlüssel auszuhändigen.
