Remote yet close enough to shops, restaurants, cafes and town and beach life, families can enjoy the best of both worlds in this lovely location.

Villa Lage
The property is located in the hills of Santa Catarina with easy access to Săo Brás de Alportel and Tavira. In the garden there are some ornamental plants, shrubs, flowers and trees including Bougainvillea. The swimming pool is located is the southwest side of the house with the view to the sea and catches sunlight all day. From the terrace around the house and pool you can go down to the lower part of the garden. The local shops and bars are within 5 minutes driving distance from the property. The access to the property is via a country road only 200 metres away from local tarmac road. A modern villa constructed in 1996. It is built on one level and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, pantry, dining room, living room, entrance hall, corridor, interior courtyard and roof terrace. The overall house area is 259 m2. There is a barbecue area by the swimming pool. The pool is 5 x 8 m with steps leading into the shallow end. The depth slopes from 2m to 1m gradually.

We require thirty per cent of the total price as a deposit, to be paid within one week of reservation. The balance is due up to 8 weeks before arrival. Bookings taken less than 8 weeks prior to arrival shall be paid in full on booking. We will acknowledge arrival of funds by e mail and on payment of the balance, up to eight weeks prior to arrival, we will send the driving instructions by e mail.
