With his 850 m2 garden, the house is located in a typical countryside area in São Miguel Island, near the magnificent beach area of Mosteiros and Ferraria sea hot springs. In just about 10 minuets by car we have one of the 7 natural wonders of Portugal: The Sete Cidades Lakes .

Leaving Ponta Delgada Airport turn left and go straight in the south shore road in direction to Feteiras and Candelária villages. You will drive for 15 to 20 minutes (in about 60 km\hour). After passing Feteiras and Candelária villages, you will find a sign indicating the end of Candelária village (with a red stripe over it). Turn imediatly left in a secondary road. The house is about 120 meters ahead in your right hand.
