You can be in Albufeira or in Praia da Rocha within 20 m. The best water leisure park and quite a few golf courses are within easy reach.

The standard procedure for the payment is the following: when reserving a account payment of 25% is made; The rest of the payment is due 2 weeks before the arrival time.

The cancellation policy is the following: loss of the deposit when canceled within the two weeks before arrival time.
