Luxury 5 bedroom Villa with panoramic countryside and sea views.
In a quiet setting with excellent entertainment space. Ideal for families or large groups.
Spacious inside and out, refurbished in a modern Portuguese style with wooden window shutters and wooden ceilings. The Villa has air conditioning, central heating and furniture of excellent quality.
The living room has patio doors leading to the pool and a shady seating area.
Sofa/foldaway beds provide extra sleeping space (3)
The dining room has a stone surround open fireplace which creates a comfortable cosy atmosphere.
Dining table, 10 chairs, double patio doors to the large outside terrace with seating for 10,
ideal for an al-fresco lunch.
Fully fitted kitchen with all facilities, breakfast table & chairs and TV
4 bathrooms.
All bedrooms have air conditioning.
Bedroom 1: 1st floor – Twin Bedroom with en suite facilities & fitted wardrobes.
Master Bedroom 2: Double Bed en suite with shower/bath/double hand basins, fitted wardrobes and terrace with beautiful sea view

The villa is situated in a very quiet area and has a large private fully fenced south facing garden with lemon trees, a lawned area (ideal for children), two large sun terraces, swimming pool, outside shower, barbeque, external lighting and private parking.

Surrounded by some of the best golf courses, lovely restaurants and a Supermarket (approx 1km). The Algarve Shopping Centre with its numerous shops, cinemas and restaurants is only 20 mins drive.
Less than 15 minutes drive for sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, cycling, golf, tennis, sports center, scuba diving, shopping areas, restaurant,food shop.
Less than 45 minutes drive away you will find flying, mountain biking, horse riding, a theatre/cinema and a theme park.
