A newly furnished, modern, fully air-conditioned villa with 2 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms with 1 bathroom and 2 shower rooms, one of them en suite. Open plan living/dining room with roof terrace providing wonderful views of the coast. The villa has full underfloor heating for the cooler months.
It has a large pool (11X5m, heating included)surrounded by extensive terraces and lawned areas including a furnished dining terrace. There is a pitch and putt course below the pool area. The grounds are fenced in and entry is through an automatic gate.
On a lower level is a games room with pool table and dart board and a further shower room.
The location is rural,totally secluded and very peaceful.

2.5km from the large village of Santa Barbara which has a choice of international restaurants and many local Portuguese restaurants in the vicinity. There is also a bank, post office, supermarket and medical centre.
Faro airport and the beaches are 20 minutes drive away.
A choice of golf courses and other sports facilities can be reached in 30 minutes.

Guests will be met in Santa Barbara and shown into the villa on arrival. Directions to Santa Barbara from the airport will be provided during the booking process.

Access to the villa on arrival is after 2 p.m and guests are requested to vacate at 10 p.m. during peak season.
