This one level property enjoys a great location in between Vale de Parra and Gale and its famous beach. Nestled in a small housing estate of 7 Villas it is within easy walking distance of the beaches of Gale and Sao Lourenco, restaurants, mini market, shops and a patisserie. Boasting four bedrooms and five bathrooms, full air conditioning, heated mosaic tiled pool, it is an ideal retreat.
The accommodation consists of;
Entrance hall, Lounge/dining area with satellite tv and DVD player with patio doors leading out to the pool and terrace area. The kitchen is well equipped with modern amenities including dishwasher and washing machine.
Suites 1 & 2: Double Bedrooms with ensuite bathroom in Suite 1 and ensuite shower room with Suite 2.
Suites 3 & 4: Both twin bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms.
Outside: Mosaic tiled heated salt water pool (9m x 5m), surrounded by terraces, lawn and hedges, shower and brick bbq. Fully enclosed perimeter with walls and gate.
Villa Localização e detalhes
Vale de Parra is a region of quality villas in rural countryside and where there are superb sandy beaches ranging from the large expanses of sand at Gale to the cove beaches of Castelho. Individual restaurants abound and the small town of Guia, a five minute drive from most villas and walking distance from some, is famous for its choice of twenty five restaurants catering for all tastes and pockets. Sporting facilities are available in the area including golf at Salgados. There are waterslide parks a short drive away and the Zoomarina is only ten minutes away. Albufeira itself is a bustling resort with an excellent sandy beach. The centre retains its traditional character and there is a wide choice of nightlife, shops, bars and restaurants.
