This spacious, single storey villa with large private pool and landscaped garden is located in the deluxe resort of Vale do Lobo. Set within 1.000 acres of beautiful pine forests this exclusive resort provides everything you need for a perfect holiday, fine shopping, international cuisine, 24 hour security and unrivalled sports and leisure facilities which include two magnificent 18-hole championship golf courses, a Tennis Academy with 14 courts and a children�s club. Golden beaches, championship golf courses, tennis and horse riding are all available nearby. The villa is very comfortable throughout and sits in a spacious mature garden with a large lawn area and plenty of trees for shade. The spacious lounge/dining area is equipped with satellite digital TV, DVD and VCR player and has large sliding doors which lead to the outside terraces and pool area. The modern kitchen, complete with marble work tops and a breakfast area, is well equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, large fridge freezer with ice maker, oven and hob. A separate utility room houses a washing machine/dryer and a second fridge-freezer. The master bedroom is spacious and has twin beds that can be made up as a double bed, en-suite bathroom and patio doors to a large terrace. There are a further three twin bedrooms which are all very spacious and have en-suite bathrooms. Two have patio doors to the garden area. Outside the landscaped garden has plenty of trees, shrubs and a lawn area. The large circular pool (10 meters) is surrounded by a terrace and there is a BBQ. The villa is within walking distance to the Praca where you will find a good selection of restaurants and bars overlooking the golden sandy beach. The Barrington health and golf Spa located within the resort offers excellent facilities including an indoor heated pool and outdoor pool, beauticians, fully equipped gym, Jacuzzi, sauna, 5 squash courts and a 30 bay driving range. For children there is a supervised cr�che and a play area. Local charges apply. Further leisure facilities like a crazy-golf course, beach sports and a resort pool, (local charges apply) plus restaurants and bars are all close at hand as well as a night-club, a supermarket, boutiques and a bank. In fact everything you need for an enjoyable holiday can be found within the Vale do Lobo resort. Maid service: five times per week excluding weekends and public holidays, linen changed once per week, towels changed twice per week.
