4 bedroom villa with swimming pool and sea views located 10 minutes walk from the sea.
Entrance hall with guest cloak-room. Fully fitted kitchen with all appliances. Spacious and bright lounge with widescreen cable TV, open fireplace. Wide windows to covered terrace from where amazing sea views can be enjoyed. Adjacent dining area with table for 8, patio doors to covered eating area for dining al fresco. From dining area there is access to fully equipped kitchen with breakfast table. Separate laundry room next to the kitchen. On the same floor there are 2 bedrooms. One twin bedroom with en suite bathroom, and one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and shower. Two spacious bedrooms occupy the first floor. Master bedroom with double bed and flat screen TV, full ensuite bathroom . Sliding doors to large private terrace. Second bedroom has twin beds, doors to private terrace and en suite bathroom and shower. Spectacular sea views from both bedrooms.
