Less than 6 weeks - Deposit reserve + 40% of the remaining. Less than 4 weeks - the reservation deposit + 60% of the remaining.
Less than 2 weeks - the reservation deposit + 80% of the remaining.
Less than 1 week - the reservation deposit + 100% of the remaining.
