Located close to the center of Cascais is this big apartment .
It is a duplex of a building without elevator.
It is at a second floor.
The apartment has a good size.
It has 4 bedrooms, 3 complete bathrooms, large living room , dining room, full equipped kitchen, 2 balconies.
At the basement there is a garage for one car.
Car is not extremely necessary because there are also several buses going to the center.
But if you want to go to the supermarket , there is a supermarket more or less 4 minutes walking, banks, restaurants, pharmacy.
The apartment has 2 floors, there is also a small living area with tv, stereo and there is also the sofa bed for the 9th person.

If you stay 2 weeks you will have a cleaning inthe middle .
The final cleaning is not included in the price.
The price for the final cleaning is 40 euros.
Internet access is also possible with an extra price of 3 euros per day.
For the reservation we ask for 50% by bank transfer and the rest at the arrival date.
We also ask at the arrival date for a damage deposit of 250 euros.
This damage deposit is retuned to tyou at the end of your stauing if there are no damages inside the apartment.
