This apartment in the Por do Sol condo, newly constructed, has about 170m2 with a view to the condo garden and heated swimming pool. The apartment is fully furnished (including: dishwasher, washing machine, kitchen utilities, DVD/CD player, etc) and we also provide towels and bedclothes. The first floor has two couple bedrooms, one bathroom (with Jacuzzi) and a wide division with kitchen, sitting room and dining room with a table to 10 persons. It also has a large balcony. The top floor has two more rooms (one with a couple bed and another with a large single bed), one bathroom and an huge sitting room ideal for late night chats and table games. In the garden there are two barbecues provided by de condo. A two places private garage is also available.
The Condom is located in a rural area near the beach (500m) and also near Esposende city center (2,5km). The city is very beautiful and has every services you might need, including Hospital, pharmacy and rent-a-car . The city is located between Oporto (60Km), Viana do Castelo (25Km) and about half an hour drive from the beautiful cities of Braga and Guimaraes. From Esposende you can go to Spain in one hour driving, and visit cities like Vigo or S. Tiago de Compostela.
