This apartment in the Por do Sol condo, newly constructed, has about 170m2 with a view to the condo garden and heated swimming pool. The apartment is fully furnished (including: dishwasher, washing machine, kitchen utilities, DVD/CD player, etc) and we also provide towels and bedclothes. The first floor has two couple bedrooms, one bathroom and a wide division with kitchen, sitting room and dining room with a table to 8 persons. It also has a large balcony. The city is very beautiful and has every services you might need, including Hospital, pharmacy and rent-a-car . The city is located between Oporto (60Km), Viana do Castelo (25Km) and about half an hour drive from the beautiful cities of Braga and Guimaraes. From Esposende you can go to Spain in one hour driving, and visit cities like Vigo or S. Tiago de Compostela.
