Coupled with beauty and tradition, there are also many local and modern activities on offer such as water sports on the DOURO RIVER, golf in Amarante and a few miles away, Caldas de Aregos, with a SPA of sulphur waters (excellent for rheumatisms and other diseases). There is also a marina, a river beach, restaurants, a museum and shops..
These two houses cleverly built, using stone and glass sit near the village of Resende. One is above the other although, through clever positioning, good privacy is assured. On the terrace below there is a shared pool where one can swim and then relax admiring the view. Inside you will find spacious areas, appealing textures and colours, and of course a must for those warm evenings: a terrace with a superb view.
