Located in Almocageme, a small town close to Sintra and Colares, is this house with total privacy.
In the area there are several sandy beaches Praia Grande and Praia das Macas .
But the closest one is Praia da Adraga.
At the adraga beach you will also find several fantastic restaurants .
In this area you will also find weekly fairs, the farmers are selling their own vegetables, fruits, jam, bread, cheese.
Ericeira is also 20 minutes driving , it is a typic fish town .
Here you can also find fantastic beaches and restaurants.
This house has 2 floors:
The ground floor has living room with fireplace, completely equipped kitchen, bathroom,2 bedrooms
First floor:2 bedrooms, bathroom, terrace
The ground floor also has a fantastic terrace.
There is also a closed barbecue area.
Even if you rent this house during the winter it is always possible to make your own barbecues.
Outside there is another one.
There is a big garden area.
The parking area is also for several cars.

From November till March electricity is charged.
Final cleaning of 45 euros is not included.
For the reservation we ask for 50% by bank transfer and the rest at the arrival date.
We also ask at the arrival date a damage deposit of 300 euros.
This damage deposit is returned to you at the end of your staying is there are not damages inside the house
