House in Monte clerigo Details
Monte Clerigo is located in the Costa Vincentina Natural Park and is one of the most picturesque hamlets on the western Algarve. If you like surfing, body boarding, skim boarding or simply lazing in the sand then this is the perfect place to spend a relaxing and very special holiday.
This unique property comprises:
A large, open-plan lounge, dining area and well-equipped kitchen. There are four bedrooms (two doubles and two twins), two bathrooms and a small shower room. There is also a large terrace with eating area, sunbeds and BBQ. From the terrrace steps lead down to the beach and there are fabulous views of the Atlantic Ocean. The property also benefits from a legal tourist licence (alojamento local) awarded by the local city hall.
The nearest town is Aljezur and it has a variety of shops, supermarkets, banks and restaurants. Monte Clerigo, itself also has the luxury of three restaurants on or very near to the beach, again all within a very short walk of the house. If you enjoy nature at its very best this place is second to none.
