On the ground floor of the house there is a fully equipped kitchen with separate laundry area, a cloakroom and a lovely open plan lounge and dining room with uninterrupted pool and golf views. The lounge has been tastefully furnished and boasts Sky TV, air conditioning and an open fireplace offering comfort and entertainment all year round. From the lounge you can step out onto the furnished patio which combines a sense of privacy with a great view over the pool so it’s ideal for al-fresco dining, sunbathing or just keeping an eye on the kids as they play. The patio has direct access to the adults’ and children’s pools. On the first floor, there is a luxurious master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and lovely views over the pool and golf course. There are two further twin bedrooms and a family bathroom on this floor. The final twin bedroom and shower room are on the lower ground floor.
