THE STRIP at Montechoro / Areias Sao Joao is approx 1.5kms away (20/25 minute walk) , and the approach to the top of OLD TOWN ALBUFEIRA is approx 2.5kms away, BOTH with the VAST array of shops , bars, restaurants. The beaches at St Eulalia / Balaia / Maria Luisa / Praia da Oura 2.5/3.0kms are approx. Riding Stables at Vale Navio with tuition is Within 800 metres.There are two nine hole golf courses at Pine Cliffs and Balaia. Balaia Golf is approx 1km from the property with full clubhouse facilites & a swimming pool.Pine Cliffs at Acoteias is a 10 minute drive. The VAST array of top class courses are available at Vilamoura 15/20 minutes drive away.

DESCRIPTION OF LAYOUT :
The house is split level and covers 160 sq meters.
1 & 2 bedrooms, one shared bathroom & lounge are on one level .
4 bedroom with ensuite bathroom is 5 steps up from the lounge on the back of the house .
The dining kitchen is five steps down from the lounge.
Bedroom three is off the kitchen dining area upstairs with an ensuite.
The swimming pool area is Reached via the dining -kitchen door.
The drive way has 3 steps down to the kitchen door entrance.
There is parking for one car outside on the driveway with parking also available.
