ELECTRICAL USAGE ALLOWANCE:In low/mid season where heating (Electric radiators) or Air-Con is used there is a electric usage allowance of 200 units per week. If any extra units are burned over the allowance they will be chargable at 15p per unit and deducted from the security deposit.

SECURITY: There is a digital safe for valuables, free of charge for guests, but this is used at your own risk.

OUTSIDE AMENITIES: Consisting of private swimming pool with tiled terrace and surrounding area, garden furniture, sunbeds, covered pergola with lighting, table and chairs for al fresco dining, and a barbecue.

CLEANING/MAID SERVICE:Bed linen, towels and cleaning is weekly and included in the rental cost.If extra maid services are required the costs are payable direct to the cleaner/maid.Price lists for these services is displayed within the kitchen area.

HOLIDAY DEPOSITS:20GBP per person per week based on 6 sharing (Minimum deposit 120GBP per week) Deposits are non-refundable should you cancel your booking.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: A 200GBP security deposit is required per holiday (This covers all household contents/ electrical items, furniture/soft furnishings/carpets and outside amenities. Small items e.g.crockery etc as long as they are replaced with similar items no charge will be made.
The security deposit is fully refundable if no damage is reported by our manager and posted to your home address within 7/10 days of your departure.

HOLIDAY BALANCES: Balance of holidays must be paid strictly in full within 2 months of departure date together with the security deposit. Bookings made within 2 months of departure must be paid in full when booked.

ACCOMMODATION OCCUPANCY: Accommodation is available for occupancy from 15.00HRS on day of arrival and must be vacated by 11.00HRS on day of departure. (No exceptions). We do have a lock up facility for storing of luggage for guests who are departing on late flights.

We can arrange private airport tranfers from Faro Airport to the property with a reputable local licensed company,from approx 60 euros up to 4 persons return and 86 euros 5-8 persons return. The cost of these transfers are payable direct to the driver. We can also advise on car hire,the best companies to use with full insurance NO EXCESS, and also golf courses & reputable booking agents for tee-times.
