CASA ANTIGA is a typical Algarvian detached house with 4 bedrooms all with wardrobes, chest of drawers,, bedside cabinets, bedside lamps and rugs.

BEDROOM(4): double bed with single bed above (bunk style)/ shared bathroom.
A cot and highchair are available free of charge for 1 infant.
3 BATHROOMS: (2 EN-SUITE) with bath, overhead shower, toilet and washbasin(Hairdryers available).
LARGE LOUNGE: with digital TV (Freeview channels BBC/ITV etc),Video, DVD, and Stereo system. There are a selection of DVD, Videos, CD's,books,playingcards and dominoes available for our guests.
DINING-KITCHEN: Fully fitted and equipped kitchen with cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave, blender, toaster, sandwich toaster, washing machine,iron and ironing-board, etc.
PART AIR-CONDITIONING: (cooling/heating modes). This is available in the lounge and bedrooms (1) and (4) plus a portable unit to use where-ever you please. The cost for air-conditioning is at an extra charge in LOW/MID season, (From 30th AUGUST 2008 to 27th JUNE 2009) enquire for details (This must be pre-booked before arrival).

ELECTRIC HEATING: is available if required during the cooler months, supplied by electric radiators, please enquire for details, Heating allowance applies.(this must be pre-booked before arrival.)
SECURITY: There is a digital safe for valuables, free of charge, but used at your own risk.
OUTSIDE AMENITIES: Consisting of private swimming pool with tiled terrace and surrounding area, garden furniture, sunbeds, covered pergola with lighting, table and chairs for al fresco dining, and a barbecue.
CLEANING/MAID SERVICE:Bed linen, towels and cleaning is weekly and included in the rental cost.If extra maid services are required the costs are payable direct to the cleaner/maid.Price lists for these services is displayed within the kitchen area at Casa Antiga.
CHANGE-OVER DAYS:are SATURDAYS/SUNDAYS/ MIDWEEK up to and including a final departure date of 27th JUNE 2009, after this date and up to and including 29th AUGUST 2009 change-over day is SATURDAYS ONLY.
HOLIDAY DEPOSITS:20GBP per person per week based on 6 sharing (Minimum deposit 120GBP per week) Deposits are non-refundable should you cancel your booking.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: A 200GBP security deposit is required per holiday (This covers all household contents/ electrical items, furniture/soft furnishings/carpets a outside amenities. Small items e.g.crockery etc as long as they are replaced with similar items no charge will be made.
The security deposit is fully refundable if no damage is reported by our manager and posted to your home address within 7 days of your departure.
HOLIDAY BALANCES: Balance of holidays must be paid strictly in full within 2 months of departure date. Bookings made within 2 months of departure must be paid in full when booked.
ACCOMMODATION OCCUPANCY: Accommodation is available for occupancy from 15.00HRS on day of arrival and must be vacated by 11.00HRS on day of departure. (No exceptions). We do have a lock up facility for storing of luggage for guests who are departing on late flights.

Casa Antiga is situated in the village of Branqueira Albufeira. The village has a local Ali-Super shop, a fresh fish shop, ironmongers, laundry, several local Portuguese bars and 2 Portuguese restaurants within easy walking distance.
THE STRIP at Montechoro/Areias Sao Joao is approx 1.5kms away,and the approach to OLD TOWN ALBUFEIRA is approx 2.3/2.5kms away, both with a vast array of shops, bars, restaurants. The beaches at St Eulalia/Balaia/Maria Luisa/Praia da Oura are approx 2.5/3.0kms. Riding Stables at Vale Navio with tuition is within 800 metres.There are 2 nine hole golf courses at Balaia and Pine Cliffs within close proximity of Casa Antiga. A vast array of top class courses are available at Vilamoura 15/20 minutes drive away.

Villa Arrival and departure procedures
We can arrange airport tranfers from Faro Airport to Casa Antiga,from 60 euros up to 4 persons return a 85 euros 5-8 persons return. The cost of these transfers are payable direct to the driver. We can advise on car hire a golf bookings.
