In total there are 11 spacious bedrooms; 3 double, 8 twin and 8 cots (6 of the bedrooms with en suite facilities), 9 bathrooms, 3 fully equipped kitchen plus 3 private pools.
All amenities are on the ground floor, suitable for children and elderly.

Each self contained villa has a similar layout, private pool, air conditioning and central heating.

The Villa Sleeps 22 people.
With the use of sofa beds and foldaway beds at a charge of 50GBP each bed per week the Villa sleeps 28 people maximum.

The property is surrounded by the best golf courses, lovely restaurants, a large supermarket approx 500m away and within an easy stroll to the strip which is located at the end of the road (2 minutes walk).
Oura beach is less than 5 minutes walk away and easy to get to, there are plenty of shops along the way if you require a newspaper or a cold drink. Internet cafes (5 mins).

Albufeira is one of the top holiday destinations in the Algarve. The old town remains an unusually pretty village with its narrow cobblestone streets, twisting lanes of whitewashed houses and terracotta roofs above a beautiful spread of beaches. In the day time stroll around the local shops and have a drink in one of the many bars and restaurant over looking the picturesque beaches. At night the town comes alive with street performers and music.
A short drive to Guia (Algarve shopping with large supermarket, many shops and large cinema with all the latest releases in English), Pinecliffs and Gale.
Within easy reach sports facilities include; tennis, water sports, horse riding, and boat trips. Slide and Splash, Aqualand, Zoomarine all with in 20min drive. Some of finest golf courses are within a 10min drive.
