A very spacious, comfortably furnished living/dining room with patio doors onto the dining terrace and the pool terrace, leads to 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One bedroom has twin beds, the other a large double. There is a full bathroom between them and a seperate bathroom with WC and basin.
A curving staircase goes up to a further 2 bedrooms, both with double beds , one of them with an en suite shower room. There is a huge roof terrace on this level with views of the distant ocean.
The kitchen is well-equiped and has patio doors onto a built-in barbeque area with seating. There is a utility room with an additional fridge freezer.
The dining terrace is furnished with teak dining furniture and the large pool can be heated on request.
There is a large, shady lawned garden with its own tennis court and separate shower room.

The villa is ideally situated in a very quiet residential area on the edge of Almancil which has a big selection of supermarkets, bars and restaurants.
It is a 10 minute drive to the internationally renowned resorts of Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo with their beautiful beaches, golf courses and night life.

Clients will be met at a rendezvous point at Sao Lourenco Church and shown into the villa on arrival.
