Situated in the sought after resort of Quinta do Lago, the Algarve’s premier leisure resort, this imposing 5 bedroom luxury villa is beautifully furnished throughout. The villa is located in a quiet position and enjoys the benefits of electric entrance gates, alarm system, air conditioning throughout and pool heating (supplement payable). Within 5-10 min away, there is a choice of six high class rated golf courses, as well as bars, coffee shops, restaurants and supermarkets. The entrance hall leads to a spacious lounge/dining room that is equipped with a feature fire place, comfortable sofas and armchairs and a large dining table to seat ten people. Sliding patio doors lead from the lounge to a covered terrace which overlooks the large pool which can be heated on request, garden and BBQ area. Archways at either end of the lounge/dining room lead to the television room and kitchen. The television room features a plasma screen cable TV, DVD player and doors to the terrace and pool area. The modern kitchen is very well equipped with a circular stainless steel sink, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, built-in coffee maker and fridge freezer. There is a separate utility room with a washing machine and a dryer. Also on the ground floor is a guest cloakroom, double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and patio doors to the terrace overlooking the garden and a study with a desk and doors to the terrace. The spacious master bedroom is on the first floor and features a king size bed, comfortable seating including a chaise long, private terrace overlooking the pool area, separate dressing area, en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and a separate walk in shower. Off of the Courtyard are three twin bedded rooms, two have en-suite bathrooms and one has an en-suite shower room. The villa is air-conditioned throughout.
