Villa Description
This spacious villa is situated 2km from the town of Armacao de Pera renown for its mile long sandy beach.The villa faces South with landscaped garden, large terrace with heated private pool, and wonderful views of the countryside and around to the mountains in the North. The accommodation comprises of large lounge/dining area equipped with Satellite TV, DVD, music centre and video recorder. Fully fitted kitchen with fitted dishwasher,fridge/freezer,gas hob and electric oven, microwave and all necessary electrical appliances. A seperate utility room houses a washing machine. On the ground floor are 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Staircase leading to first floor master bedroom with en suite bathroom and own balcony. All ground floor bedrooms fitted with sliding doors to patio and pool area. Maid Service 5 days per week. Cot a High Chair available.
Villa Location Details
The villa is situated on a hill behind Armacao de Pera which was once a small fishing village but is now a thriving holiday resort. Fishing is still commercially very important to the resident community as can be seen by the number of boats and net-mending activity on the eastern side of the beach. The fresh fish and vegetable market in the centre of the town is a 'must' to visit. Renown for its 2 mile long sandy beach, Armacao de Pera offers a host of water sports, beach bars, restaurants and shops. Another village is close proximity to the villa is Porches. This very pretty village is renowned for three very popular restaurants - 'Oleao' Mr Grillo and The Winery.

From Faro Airport it is a 35 minute journey along the IP1 motorway, exiting at junction 7 and thereafter only a 5 minute drive to the villa.
