Large cobbled terraces and gardens surrounding a 10 x 5 metre pool with teak garden furniture and a built-in barbeque, plenty of space to relax and dine within the sun and shade. A lower garden area ideal for children to play around.

The villa has Sky free-to-view television channels, 42 inch TV, DVD player and stereo within the ample living and dining room with comfortable seating and antique furniture.

Air conditioning throughout all rooms including the 2 double bedrooms, and 2 twin bedrooms.

The villa has four bathrooms including one ensuite, comprising two bath tubs, two showers and bidet, wc and sink in each.

Two ample terraces with sea views and views out to the hills accessed from the upstairs bedroom and hall. The interior is fresh and cool, all beautifully furnished with classic and antique furniture throughout.

A fully fitted kitchen with appliances and an American style fridge freezer, leading out to terraces and through to the large living and dining room.

Set on the outskirts of a quiet residential village area less than a km from the tidal riverside lagoon, facing the white sand beach islands of the Ria Formosa.

Great, uncrowded beaches throughout the area, just some minutes reach by car. The beautiful historic town of Tavira only 11km away and Fuzeta only 4km away, Olhao 10 minutes drive away and Faro 20km away.

Moncarapacho and Fuzeta have all amenities and Tavira has a good selection of restaurants.
Horse riding and watersports can be arranged, information can be found at the house. Roman remains can be visited in the nearby village of Estoi.

Large water fun parks are encountered on the main road towards west algarve, about 60 minutes away.
We recommend hiring a car in order to take advantage and visit all the beautiful places and to facilitate shopping.

Faro is the nearest airport, a 25 minute drive away.
Flights to Fronteira de Jerez are available and often cheaper, though car hire is necessary as public transport to Portugal is not easy.
Lisbon is around 3.5 hours away and Seville around 2 hours drive.

Beaches:
Amongst the selection of many beautiful beaches this part of the algarve has to offer, Fuzeta beach is a sure family favourite. Being only 4km from the villa, Fuzeta is easily reached and comprises a tidal river bordered with colourful fishing boats and pavement cafes, leading up to the estuary which has a sand beach and beach house where one can catch the small ferry boat which regularly crosses over the small stretch to a large, clean sandy coast. The beaches in this area are all EEC blue flag.

Golf:
A good base for those interested in golf, with four good courses within 15 minutes reach from the villa, one smaller course being in the near vicinity.

Prices are based on 8 people - we can offer reductions for less occupants in low and mid season.

We require fifty per cent of the total price as a deposit, to be paid within two weeks of reservation. The balance is due up to 8 weeks before arrival.
We will acknowledge arrival of funds by e mail and on payment of the balance, up to eight weeks prior to arrival, we will send the driving instructions by e mail.

Guests will be met at the villa and will have a contact number in case any assistance is required.
