Villa Description

A beautiful new air conditioned 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom villa with 10 metre heated pool, sleeping up to 10 on the edge of Carvoeiro with access to tennis court. The villa has large private pool and lawned gardens with barbecue terraces.

The large, airy lounge has air conditioning, widescreen TV, DVD and satellite. Patio doors lead directly to the pool. The large kitchen/diner has air conditioning, and is fully fitted with microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and satellite T.V. Door leads to the barbecue terrace.

Two double bedrooms on the ground floor, one with extra single bed are both air conditioned and both have ensuite bathrooms. There is a separate shower room also on the ground floor. Marble stairs lead to the master double with satellite TV and 4th double bedroom with extra single bed, all air conditioned and ensuite. Patio doors lead to the breakfast terrace with sea views.

The brick built barbecue area Breakfast terrace with sea view. Lawned area to the side of the villa. Shared tennis court 70 metres. There is a roof terrace with spectacular sea views and views to the mountain of Monchique. Maid service three times a week
