Set in its own grounds, Casa Mae is located on the Quinta Dos Salicos
Estate, which is out in the countryside away from the hustle and
bustle of everyday life. Relax by the side of the private swimming
pool or stroll around the extensive gardens as you relax under the
Portuguese sun, there is ample space in the villa for the single
family or two families or friends who wish to share this home.

This is a four bedroom, three bathroom villa with private pool
situated in a peaceful location on the outskirts of the town but is
only approx 5 minutes drive from the delightful town of Carvoeiro.

The villa is fully air conditioned and is conveniently close to the
many local golf courses and the towns many restaurants, bars and other
amenities.

All crockery, cutlery, towels and linens are provided and included in
the rental price is maid service four times per week. There is also a
fully equipped laundry room with a separate washer and dryer.
The lounge has a 2 seater settee and also an armchair. Entertainment
is provided by the way of a CD player, DVD player and satellite TV
(Limited channels available, but feel free to use your own sky card
from the UK). There are several books available to read in both
English and German.
The dining room has seating for 6 and there is a good supply of
crockery, glassware, cutlery and cookware for at home dining.

There are 2 master bedrooms (1 of which is en-suite) both with double
beds, night tables and lamps.
They also over look the swimming pool. Bed linen is provided. There
are 2 further twin bedrooms
(1 of which is en-suite)
Each having 2 single beds. Each room has a nightstand and reading
lamp.
All bedrooms have wardrobes with ample coat hangers supplied.

The master bedroom has a large en-suite bathroom (with bath and walk
in shower) is located on the ground floor. The other bedrooms have a
shared bathroom as well as a large terrace on the first floor. Each
has a toilet and washbasin with mirrors. Each bathroom has a
thermostatic shower with an anti scald devise fitted for extra safety.

The pool has a large sun deck area with loungers and parasols
provided. It is ideal for an early morning swim after breakfast, which
can be heated for an extra charge.

Overlooking the pool is a shaded barbeque area with patio dining
furniture should you want to barbeque food in the afternoon or
evening.

On leaving the airport follow the only road for approx 2km until you
meet the main N125 coast road at which you continue over the flyover
to turn right following blue signs for the IP1 (also called A2 & A22)
motorway, Lisboa, Portimao. This brings you onto the N125 traveling
west. After approx 5km the road splits and you should get into the
left lane to follow signs for the IP1 (A2, A22) motorway. Continue
for 3km and join the motorway in the direction of Albufeira, Portimao
and Lisboa. Continue all the way until the turn off to Lagoa and
follow direction Lagoa Sul, Carvoeiro. Continue to Lagoa Sul and
Carvoeiro and at the second traffic light (at the Lagoa roundabout)
turn right direction Carvoeiro. After a few hundred meters the road
forks, keep on the left. First you will pass the Intermarche
Supermarket on your right, after that comes a road to your left,
direction Benagil. There is also a sign to Rocha Brava. Follow the
Benagil and Rocha Brave signs. After about 1km you will see on the
left a big stone sign for Salicos, turn left there and the first turn
right which brings you on the Salicos estate.

Arrival time to enter the villa is 4PM
Departure time to leave the villa is 10AM
This gives the cleaners sufficient time to have the house prepared for
you.

We take a 10% deposit and the
balance is due 6 weeks before
your departure
