In the house with two floors, is only available to lease the bottom
floor (ground-floor), which has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one is
outside near the pool), living room with fireplace, american
kitchen, a patio equipped to carry out meals and barbecues, garden,
pool, tennis court, a fantastic sea view ( to GUINCHO) and also has
private parking for 4 cars.

The top floor will not be used.
There will be total privacy.
It is permissible to rent upstairs, which has 2 more double rooms,
through an extra payment of over 65% on list prices.


The house is perfect for families with children.

Between 8 and 15 km there are five excellent golf courses: Penha
Longa (Sintra), Quinta da Beloura Golf (Sintra), Belas Clube de
Campo (Belas), Golf do Estoril (Estoril), Quinta da Marinha
(Cascais).

Located in an Atlantic temperate area (with small temperature
variations), is an ideal home for enthusiasts of outdoor walks,
with easy access to some of the most stunning beaches of the
Portuguese coast.

You can make beautiful walks nearby, both on the top of the Sintra
hills and along the cliffs along the coast.

All along the coast and nearby there are plenty of sandy beaches
and ancient coastal villages of fishermen, such as, "MALVEIRA DA
SERRA", "ALMOÇAGEME", "PRAIA DAS MAÇÃS", "AZENHAS DO MAR", "
MAGOITO "," ERICEIRA "and" MAFRA, all of them, with excellent
seafood restaurants.

"CABO DA ROCA located 2 miles from home, is the most western
European continent place.

You can enjoy at the same time, beach holidays, mountain (Sintra
mountain) and perform fantastic cultural visits.

The “Sintra Cultural Landscape” was classified by UNESCO, "World
Humanity Heritage".

The "Pena Palace" at the top of the Sintra hills, was for many
years, the Portuguese kings summer residence.

10 km from the beaches of "GUINCHO", "ADRAGA" " PRAIA GRANDE ","PRAIA
DAS MAÇÃS", the towns of “SINTRA” and “CASCAIS” and 30 km from the
historic “LISBON” center.
