linen/maid service: Cleaning can be provided if required during stay, with payment arranged locally. Property is thoroughly cleaned prior to stay.

Access to the internet is available at extra cost, this to be arranged on arrival.

All bedrooms are provided with an electric fan. For the cooler months, the villa is provided with under-floor central heating and a wood-burning fireplace in the living room.

Situated on the beautiful Lisbon Coast, this well appointed villa, built in 2006, provides a great base for a fantastic holiday. It lies in a quiet cul de sac on the edge of the village of Ribamar and Within 5 minutes drive is the lovely town of Ericeira, voted the 'pleasantest place to live in Portugal'. The area is famous for its beautiful beaches and fantastic seafood restaurants (many of which are within minutes of the villa) and its civilized, laid back way of life. The exciting capital city of Lisbon is only 40 minutes away, as are the beautiful and popular seaside resorts of Cascais and Estoril, whilst the historic towns of Sintra and Mafra are even closer. Leave airport and follow Lisboa

At roundabout take 5th exit towards A1 Norte, A8 Oeste A12 Sul, this road is Avienda do Porto

After 1.6km the road becomes the E01, head towards exit 14

Exit at exit 14 and keep in left hand lane following signs for Cril A8, Oeste and Outros Destinos (IC 17)

Continue on IC 17 until you arrive at a small tunnel, keep to right hand lane and immediately you exit tunnel follow signs to the right for Leiria and Loures on the A8

Keep on motorway until the exit sign for Mafra, follow the signs for Mafra & Ericeira

When you leave motorway at Ericeira take the 2nd exit off the roundabout (signposted Torre Vedras, Riberia d@ilhas) and follow dual carriageway to a second roundabout, take first exit, at third roundabout take 2nd exit signposted Torres Vedras.

Keep on this this road, after around 1km the road will start rising quite steeply, take 1st exit to right signposted Palhais (about 300 yards up the hill), take 3rd exit on right off this road (there is a house with two eagles on the garden wall at this exit) follow the road to the bottom and turn left, the villa is on the left, there are two sun dials on the wall next to the door and small palm trees in the garden.

Changeover days are generally Saturday/Sunday although other arrangements can be made.

The villa will be available from 4:00pm on date of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00am on departure date.

You will be welcomed on your arrival and shown around your villa.
