This new villa situated near to the famous beach of Dona Ana has been tastefully and comfortably furnished throughout.

On the ground level is the lovely large open plan lounge and dining room with satellite TV offering all UK freeview chanels, BBC / ITV and a playstation 2. Patio doors open out to the swimming pool terrace. The modern fully fitted kitchen offers washing machine, microwave, dishwasher and all the usual kitchen utensils. The downstairs toilet is located in the entrance hall.
There is one double bedroom downstairs with sliding doors opening out to the pool area, and a full bathroom just across the hall.
Upstairs there are 3 further bedrooms 2 with twin beds and sharing a large bathroom with bath and overhead shower, both these
bedrooms have patio doors leading out to a side terrace.
The master bedroom is a large room with a double bed, dressing area and en-siute bathroom, patio doors lead out onto a balcony that overlooks the pool area.
The free form swimming pool (10x5) is surrounded with sunbathing terraces equipped with sun-beds (pool heating available for a small extra charge). There is a covered terrace off the lounge overlooking the swimming pool equipped with outdoor dining furniture and a BBQ Area with a built in BBQ, there is also an outside ping pong table.

The villa is situated at Ponta da Piedade near Praia Camilo just above Lagos and located within a short walk of the famous cliff tops and picturesque sandy cove beaches. Nearby offers a small variety of shops, cafes and restaurants, a 20-25 minute walk and you are in the centre of historic town of Lagos with its cobbled sidewalks and colourful market square, offering a larger variety of restaurants, bars, cafes, shopping and markets.
The longer expansive golden sandy beach of Porta da Mos is only a 15 minute walk, slightly longer on the way back up the hill, with a variety of water sport activities available.
Palmares Golf course, Boa Vista and Penina Golf Course are a 10 to 20 minute drive away. For the children there are a variety of water parks and theme parks within a 30 minute drive.

Pool heating included in the July and August rates but for all other weeks pool heating is available for an extra £100 GBP per week.

Extra Person over 2 years £60 per week including a z-bed, extra person under 2 years £25 per week plus a cot, highchairs available for £12.50 per week.

Christmas and New Year rates are £875 per week.

Free pool heating on any bookings up to March for 7 nights or more.
