A beautiful, newly renovated 4 bedroom villa with private pool and garden in the countryside. This villa has spectacular sea views and terraces overlooking miles of open countryside. A perfect location for a family holiday!
Casa Amarela has generous terraces and patios, with shaded dining areas, poolside lounging in the sun, and a large first floor terrace for admiring the full glory of sea views and country life!
The interior of the villa is light and airy, all rooms are spacious and have sliding glass patio doors opening out onto terraces or garden, apart from the twin bedroom, which has a window. The furnishings are rustic pine and modern style.
Leading from the front door you enter into a spacious hallway with a twin bedroom to the right and a bathroom on the left. Moving forward through the kitchen there is an opening connecting to the dining room, conservatory and lounge. Leading from the lounge is an open wooden staircase to the first floor terrace. Further on are the three remaining bedrooms and another bathroom. The master bedroom is en suite.
The pool is 9 x 4m with a Roman end with steps leading into a shallow end of 1m and a deep end of 1.8m. A freshwater pool with a chlorine cleaning system. The pool is serviced twice weekly during summer and once weekly during the rest of the year by a competent and reliable professional. Pool and garden lighting is available.
Eight sun loungers deck the terrace around the pool and there are sun umbrellas, many tables and chairs available.

This location is very quiet and rural, yet within a short distance from town and beaches – the best of all worlds!
How far are the shops and restaurants?
Moncarapacho is the nearest town, 2km away and has many cafés and a few shops. The nearest restaurant and mini supermarket is 1.8km away, in the same direction.
How far are the beaches?
Fuzeta beach is the closest, about 10 minutes drive away, a variety of other beaches are a bit further afield.
How far are the golf courses?
There are excellent golf courses within 5 to 20 minutes drive from the accommodation. The closest are Colina Verde, Benamor, Quinta da Ria and Quinta da Cima, Monte Rei.

Which is the changeover day and time?
Flexible, though we aim to keep bookings as close as possible. Departure is by 10am and arrival is from 2pm unless otherwise arranged.
Are linen, bath towels and beach towels provided?
Yes, we provide a once weekly linen and bathroom towel change including a clean of the bathrooms.
Will there be provisions at the accommodation upon arrival?
There will be some toilet paper and soap for arrivals and a hamper of beverages, with additional breakfast and snacks are provided for late arrivals.
Is a car recommended for this property?
Yes, especially in the heat of summer…and for reaching all the beautiful and interesting places further afield. Car rental, taxi transfers and bicycle hire can be organized with local reputable firms in advance or by calling the local representative.
Will there be a local representative available on arrival and in the event that we need any assistance?
Guests will be met at the villa, or otherwise informed where to locate the key and visited soon after arrival. We ensure a prompt and competent service from a team of property managers, who can be contacted at anytime.

We require a 30% deposit within one week of booking, the balance due up to eight weeks prior to arrival. Bookings taken less than 8 weeks prior to arrival must be paid in full within one week of booking.
