Villa Margarida is a lovely five bedroom villa in one acre of
beautiful, mature gardens in Praia da Luz. It is very private and
secluded and yet only eight minutes walk to the centre of Luz and
the beach. It has its own heated pool and a hard tennis court.

There are lovely views to the sea particularly from the first floor
sitting room, dining room and terrace.

On the ground floor is the master suite with double bed, a dressing
area and bathroom. Patio doors lead off the bedroom to the pool
terrace. Two further twin bedrooms lead off this terrace and share
a family bathroom. A further double bedroom on this floor has an
en-suite shower room.

The fifth bedroom can be found on the first floor and has twin
beds, a wardrobe and chest of drawers. Adjacent to this bedroom is
the upstairs cloakroom of WC, basin and bidet.

In addition on the first floor there is a modern, well-equipped
kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer.

The sitting-room is large and airy with ample comfortable seating.
There is satellite television, a video player and CD and tape
player. The villa also has a broadband internet connection. For
winter occupation, there is a log fire. French doors lead off the
sitting-room on to the terrace.

The dining room has a large circular table and chairs with French
doors leading on to the terrace.

The villa has a large terrace overlooking the pool with a large
table and chairs. It is partly covered for shade lovers and that
area has wicker sofas and seating and part open where the table is
located for outdoor dining. There are lovely views from these rooms
and the terrace to the sea and the cliffs over Luz.

The villa has wall mounted and free standing electric heaters
throughout

There is a 10 x 5 meter heated pool with a Roman end and steps. The
pool terrace is large and has eight sun beds and a parasol. There
is ample fixed shade as well as ample sunbathing space.

Next to the pool is a fantastic covered bar and BBQ area. There is
a large tiled table and seating, fridge, gas hob, sink with hot and
cold water and cupboard space equipped with plastic poolside
crockery and cutlery.

The hard tennis court is located in the garden, down steps from the
pool terrace. It is North/South orientated.

The gardens are mature and very well maintained and a real feature
of the villa. There is a lawned area and orchard, as well as flower
beds and specimen plants. The villa is located towards the centre
of the plot and therefore very private.

There is ample parking on the driveway and a car-port.

Electricity and logs are charged as extras during the winter
months. Pool heating is £100
