area, fully equipped modern kitchen, two double bedrooms, both with

pool area. The terrace that surrounds the pool is part shaded and

to lawn area surrounding the pool there is an extensive lawn area
to the rear of the villa which is an ideal area for children to
play. The garden is fully enclosed and accessed via double
automatic gates for added security.

The beach is approximately 3.5km - 4km away, and there is a
selection of bars and restaurants within walking distance at Quinta
Shopping.
