Casa Oleiro is situated in Parque da Floresta in the unspoiled Western Algarve, midway between the historic walled town of Lagos and Cape St. Vincent. The magnificent and challenging Golf Course - without doubt one of Europe's most spectacular and beautiful - is set amongst gently rolling hills above the fishing village of Salema with superb views over 20 miles of lovely Algarve coastline and the dramatic Monchique mountains.
The spacious, south facing villa, built on a hillside on the edge of the 12th fairway, offers superb views over the golf course to the cliffs and the sea from Salema to Sagres with it's ancient fortress in the south western tip of the Algarve.

The main living accommodation with panel wall heaters is on the upper level where the drawing room (log burning stove) and dining room have French windows opening onto a large terrace with breathtaking views of the 11th, 16th and 17th holes and the coastline.
Casa Oleiro, standing in a delightful garden of one third of an acre, with a Heated (optional)saltwater Swimming Pool (12m x 5m), is approached by a sweeping driveway which gives seclusion without isolation.

All the bedrooms face south with French windows on to the terraces, the heated swimming pool (with solar blanket cover) and covered barbecue. There is a secure garage.
The fully equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, dishwasher and microwave has it's own breakfast area. A utility room houses the washing machine and separate double sink unit.

From the hall - phone & Internet Cafe, a wide staircase descends to the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, two twin-bedded rooms - cots available - and a spacious, fully equipped second bathroom. All bedrooms and bathrooms have turbo fan heaters.
Also leading off the hallway are the study/4th bedroom with satellite TV and DVD and a large shower/cloakroom.

Casa Oleiro is the owner's home in Portugal and has been decorated and furnished to a very high standard for year round comfort.
