Villa Belavista has 5 double bedrooms (2 twins and 3 doubles) all with their own en suite
bathrooms.
There is a large entrance hall leading past the bedrooms to a spacious open plan
living/dining room.
A modern well equiped kitchen leads to a games room with a pool table and dartboard
and separate laundry and utility room.
A covered terrace runs the length of the house and the pool terrace has an outside
dining area with an electronically operated shade awning.
Across the pool terrace is a self-contained apartment with a further double bedroom, en
suite bathroom and its own living room and kitchenette.
The glass fronted rooms give breathtaking views of the coast and overlook the pool.
There are also panoramic views of the coast from 3 of the bedrooms and the living room
of the main house.
The large, heated, swimming pool has lawned areas nearby and can be seen from both
living areas
The whole house is furnished to a high standard with comfortable modern furniture.

Set on a hillside above Santa Barbara, Villa Belavista is a 15 minute walk into the village
which has all amenities and several good restaurants.
It is ideally placed 20 minutes drive from the airport at Faro and the nearest beaches and
golf and sports facilities.

Guests coming to stay at the villa will be met on arrival in Santa Barbara and shown into the
villa.
Directions to the village from the airport will be sent at the time of booking.

Arrival days are flexible and by arrangement. During peak season entrance to the villa is after
2p.m. and it should be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
